She graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. In graduate school, she studied using game theory to predict weather over the next five decades to help farmers grow better crops. After graduation, she returned to China to teach computer science in international schools for 8 years, and currently serves as the coordinator of the computer group, responsible for course design and teaching management, and is committed to promoting the innovation and development of computer education.

As the coordinator of the computer group, she is responsible for the planning and implementation of AP courses and basic computer introduction courses on campus. At the same time, in the school-enterprise cooperation project, she is mainly responsible for communicating with enterprise teachers about courses, cooperating to develop courses that meet the needs of learners, and ensuring that the teaching content and methods are more suitable for current learners.

Her teaching focuses on ensuring that learners have effective knowledge and can apply it to solve problems around them. Through a variety of project-based learning, she emphasizes computer citizenship and encourages learners to improve their hands-on, innovative, and reflective skills in the project. At the same time, she is good at stratified teaching and adopts corresponding teaching methods according to different levels of learners to achieve individualized teaching. She also actively promotes her expertise to progress with learners and create a positive learning atmosphere.
