High School Activity Coordinator, Chief of the Grade

She graduated from the School of Labor and Human Resources at Renmin University of China with a Bachelor of Management. She then completed her postgraduate studies in the major of Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University. During her postgraduate period, she discovered her passion for education and dedicated herself to China's innovative education industry. She once served as a holistic mentor in a public high school and was a member of the founding team of Yichu Academy.

As an Activity Coordinator, she was mainly responsible for the operation of high school clubs, the overall planning and implementation of ELP and international exchange student programs, the management of student organizations (such as supervising the Host Club, the Senior Group, and the Youth Action Project Team, etc.), and providing support for school activities as well as international student exchange program. As the Grade Head of G11, together with Chuck, she was responsible for supporting the personal coaches of this grade, coordinating the student development courses, discovering the growth needs of the G11 student, collaborating with parents, and integrating various resources to support the growth of the children.

She firmly believes that every child has unlimited potential, is good at affirming the strengths of partners, and believes that parents are our strongest teammates in supporting children. She is dedicated to developing the effective integration of experiential learning, the MSA Competency Model, and the mission, vision, and values. Currently, she is also interested in how to enable each member of the team to collaborate efficiently.
