Sophie Zhou graduated from Yuanpei College of Peking University with a bachelor's degree in economics. After that, she studied for a Master of Arts in Film marketing at Beijing Film Academy. Before joining MSA, she was a coach for the AMC/AIME competition.
As a mathematics teacher, she mainly teaches "Integrated Mathematics 1: Analysis" and "Integrated Mathematics 2: Analysis". As the Head of Chizi House, she is committed to guiding students to explore their own interests outside the classroom, to think rationally, to take bold actions and innovate, and to find like-minded partners in house activities.
She focuses on cultivating learners' practical application ability of knowledge in the AI era, guiding learners to improve their critical thinking and decision-making ability based on logical thinking in practical activities, and helping each learner to form their own learning strategies. At the same time, she is dedicated to designing various collaborative PBL tasks to integrate SEL into the math classroom.
