Bai Shuang graduated from Beijing International Studies University with a major in Exhibition Economics and Management. Before joining Moonshot Academy, she managed study abroad programs at several schools, leading hundreds of students and teachers to countries including Europe, the U.S., Australia, and Japan for exchange and learning. These programs included summer schools, university visits, homestays, and exchange student projects, covering various academic fields and helping students broaden their horizons. She also developed and led online overseas research projects during summer and winter sessions for several top universities in China, gaining extensive experience in educational management and cross-cultural exchange.

She is primarily responsible for student affairs management, including handling withdrawal, suspension, and re-enrollment matters and issuing various academic documents. She manages student attendance and ensures the accurate update of the student information system. Additionally, she coordinates major exams such as final exams and MAP tests and supports various high school activities, including parent meetings, course workshops, and other school events.
