Graduated from Renmin University of China with a Bachelor's degree in Management and earned a Master's degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University. With two years of experience in NGO project incubation, she gained expertise in program development and strategic planning. Before joining Moonshot Academy, she served as a college counselor at the international campus of Beijing No. 4 High School for six years, where she developed extensive experience in international education and student development planning.

She is dedicated to helping students explore their interests, uncover their potential, and discover their true selves. She provides course selection guidance and activity planning to support students in balancing their academic and personal growth. She also organizes parent-teacher sessions to facilitate communication between families and the school, offering personalized college application plans tailored to each family's needs. She works closely with students, from creating application plans to writing personal statements, and selecting suitable schools and majors, ensuring that each student can independently and efficiently complete their application materials, while continuously improving their self-management and problem-solving skills throughout the process. As the Grade Leader, she focuses on creating a supportive environment that nurtures students' growth. By addressing their emotional needs and guiding their developmental paths, she aims to help students find their unique direction. She assesses individual traits and needs to strike a balance between academic success and personal development.

She is proficient in identifying core issues quickly and accurately recognizing learners’ strengths and developmental needs. She excels at matching appropriate resources and strategies to support student growth. With a creative mindset and broad perspective, she delivers innovative solutions for students and families. She integrates college counseling with skill development, positioning the college application process not just as a goal, but as a means to foster self-awareness, growth planning, and personal development.
