Graduated from the Public Affairs Management major of Communication University of China. Before joining MSA, graduated from Beijing Centennial Vocational School, majoring in cooking, obtained the national senior health management engineer, and worked at Beijing Hotel Nuojin and Waldorf Astoria Zijin Michelin restaurant. Also trained as a table tennis coach, and obtained the national first-class table tennis social sports instructor.
Currently, he is responsible for male dormitory management work, organizing boarding students' cultural and sports activities, and handling emergency medical affairs. In the catering field, promoting the sustainable development of school catering, implementing food waste classification statistics, helping teachers and students self-awareness, and providing data. Regularly holding food culture weeks and chef experience activities, improving student meal evaluation feedback mechanisms, supervising the entire process of ingredients, and optimizing dishes and services.
Focusing on learners' mental health and dormitory interpersonal relationships, exploring differences in accommodation habits at different stages, and cultivating self-life management abilities. Focusing on food risk control and nutritional research and development, focusing on the healthy diet of teenagers, and customizing recipes suitable for each stage of growth.
