Li Ruochen graduated from the Chinese Department of Peking University, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Literature and a Bachelor of Laws in International Relations and Foreign Affairs (double degree).
During her postgraduate studies, she was awarded a full scholarship and earned her Master of Education degree at Vanderbilt University with an “Outstanding Professional Promise Award”. Since returning to China in 2017, she has been engaged in language and literature teaching as a high school teacher. She's now pursuing a Doctor of Education in the Department of Psychology at Beijing Normal University.
She has a passion for language and literature and pays close attention to the well-being of adolescents. She has written and published a book for adolescents and has also translated many children's literature books.
She supports Chinese teachers in curriculum development and teaching, constructing Chinese courses that highly integrate literature and culture, ranging from "Required General Courses" to "Specialized Elective Courses". Meanwhile, as a personal coach, she also supports learners' holistic development.
