The Senior Group at MSA is a student organization dedicated to fostering community integration and cultural development through innovative activities. It focuses on helping new students adapt, building a strong sense of community, and promoting personal and team growth. The team’s mission includes providing a soft-landing experience for new students through initiatives like Orientation Week and Welcome Packages, organizing events to enhance community connection and belonging, and improving members’ planning and collaboration skills through teamwork. Members serve as guides for new students, information providers, and community builders, participating in key tasks such as admissions promotion, new student orientation, and community event planning to drive community growth. Each year, members are selected through an application form, interviews, and activity trials, followed by a probationary period to assess suitability. Official members receive benefits such as service certification, skill development, and team-building opportunities. The team comprises 6–9 members, advisors, and mentors, with a management structure that includes a president and vice president to ensure efficient operation and cultural continuity.
