In this course, you will find that many problems do not happen by chance. They are caused by some underlying systems. This course will not tell you the answers to these questions directly but will provide you with methods to explore these problems.
By taking this course, you'll learn how to analyze and depict the interactions of different elements in the system, and understand how the system leads to consequences, and what you can do as a member of the system to intervene with the it. In general, system thinking will provide you with a thinking tool kit that will help you to analyze, understand, and intervene with complex problems.
